Each application is engineered with strategically placed gusseting and reinforcement to provide superior structural rigidity that eliminates unwanted vibrations. The uprights feature durable 2-3/4" wide rubber push pad strips for added coverage. With a heavy-duty frame mount system and wraparound wings made of massive 2" diameter high-strength tube, these grille guards deliver complete front-end protection. Thanks to their modular construction, all HDX Modular Grille Guards are packaged and shipped via parcel post, providing a significant savings over LTL shipping. The HDX Modular Grille Guard features a durable black powder coat finish with an electrostatic base coat, providing long lasting corrosion protection from the elements. Westin's HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard

Westin's HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard is Xtreme Truck Gear for truck enthusiasts seeking additional functionality. It not only offers all features of an HDX Grille Guard, but also provides the ability to hold a winch up to 10.25 inches tall with ratings up to 12,000 lbs. Winch trays are tested and capability-confirmed to a minimum straight line pull of 16,500 lbs. HDX Winch Mount Grille Guards are available in 304 stainless steel and black powder coated steel finish.

Westin Sportsman X Grille Guard

Westin's Sportsman X Grille Guard effectively combines aggressive styling with heavy duty front end protection. Engineered to provide both great looks and performance, Sportsman X’s unique design compliments today’s larger grille designs, and is available to fit most full and mid size truck applications. Sportsman X has an optional detachable mesh panel (sold separately) which is specifically designed to fit the opening in the center section of Sportsman X Grille Guard, or can be removed to accommodate the flush mounted 26” dual row LED light bar (sold separately). A smaller removable mesh panel designed for the factory sensor location opening is included as standard with Sportsman X. For specific Chevy and Dodge/RAM applications a Sportsman X Sensor Kit (sold separately) is available. An exterior step plate is located on the 1-5/8” bottom tube to provide easy access to the engine compartment. Built with heavy duty 2-1/4” upright rubber strips and 1- 5/8” outer tubes, Sportsman X Grille Guard is designed to provide protection and style for years to come.
