My parents founded R&S Truck Caps in 1983, and I was the lucky kid who got to grow up smack dab in the middle of it all. For those unfamiliar with R&S, we are a retailer of aftermarket truck and auto accessories with two locations in Northeast Ohio. I have many hats in my closet of responsibilities, as it is with any small business. My title is the Administrative Director, which includes accounting, human resources, sales, technical support, marketing, finding new products, and sometimes mouse-catcher. All of these ensure my days are anything but boring.
